Quick béchamel sauce

 Quick Bechamel Sauce Quick bechamel sauce can be prepared by following these steps:

the ingredients
  •  Five tablespoons of butter.
  • Two teaspoons of salt.
  • Quarter cup of flour.  
  • A quarter teaspoon of grated nutmeg.
  •  Equivalent to a liter of milk.
 How to prepare

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flour to the bowl and stir well into the butter for 7 minutes, until the mixture turns golden brown.
Turn up the heat under the saucepan, then gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
Let the mixture boil for 10-20 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt and nutmeg.
 Bechamel sauce with onion
The bechamel can be prepared in the correct way with onion following the steps of the following recipe:

the ingredients
  • Two and a half cups of milk.  
  • A small onion, finely chopped.
  • Two tablespoons of butter. Two tablespoons of oil.
  •  One-third cup of the following:
  • Cornstarch.
  • flour;
  • a glass of water.
  •  Sprinkle cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle white pepper.
  •  One and a half cubes of chicken broth.

 How to prepare

  •  Combine the flour, starch, and water in a medium saucepan and mix well.
  • Add the onions to the saucepan and stir until softened while retaining their color.
  • Pour in milk, then chicken broth, spices, add starch and flour mixture to bowl.
  •  Stir the ingredients over the heat until you get a cohesive sauce and it's ready.

Bechamel sauce with eggs

The bechamel with egg can be prepared following the following steps:

the ingredients
  • Eight cups of cream to cook
  • Eight cups of broth.
  •  Three large eggs.  
  •  A pinch of salt and white pepper.
 How to prepare
  • Combine the cream and chicken broth in a medium bowl and place on the stove.
  • Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat until boiling, and until reduced to about four cups.
  •  Pour mixture into electric mixer, turn on low speed, then increase speed.
  • Add the eggs to the mixer and beat with the previous mixture. Strain the resulting mixture into another container and allow to cool until it reaches room temperature.
