Oven grilled chicken
There are many foods in which chicken is used, as it can be used in preparing meals with rice, or making chicken trays in different shapes.
How to roast chicken in the oven

- A tablespoon of white vinegar.

How to prepare
- Wash the chicken well with water, then add coarse salt to it, then put it in the water, salt and a little vinegar for ten minutes. Set the chicken aside until the water dries up.
- Cut the chicken into four or eight pieces, as desired.
- Poke holes in the chicken with a fork.
- Put the salt, lemon juice, vinegar, yogurt, spices, paprika, cardamom, crushed garlic and thyme in a deep bowl that accommodates the chicken pieces.
- Place the chicken in the container and stir well to absorb the flavor of the materials, then cover and place in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
- After the necessary time, we take the chicken out of the refrigerator and put it on the oven tray, then we cut the potatoes, courgettes, carrots and onions, add a quarter of a cup of vegetable or olive oil and a cup of water, then cover the tray with aluminum foil.
- Put the tray in the oven and, after 45 minutes, check the doneness of the chicken.
- Remove foil from pan and heat grill until chicken is golden brown.
Note: You can prepare the chicken overnight to cook it the next day.
Notes
- When placing the chicken in the marinade, avoid placing the material in a metal or plastic container, as this will oxidize the material and result in an unhealthy food.
- If you want to leave the chicken uncut, there are two ways to roast the chicken, either using the rack part in the oven, or filling a glass bottle with water in the middle, then placing the chicken on top and turning the oven on from below. .
- It is necessary to make holes or holes in the chicken after cleaning it so that the blood can drain and then the marinade can be absorbed.
- Preheat the oven before placing the chicken tray in it.
- The oven should not be opened before at least half an hour has passed since the tray was placed.
- After the chicken is cooked, bring a piece of burning charcoal and put it in a small glass dish, then remove the lid of the tray and put the charcoal in the middle of the chicken and pour some oil and cover it, this will give the taste of charcoal grilled chicken.
