As a result, I find it hard to stay hydrated, and when I get dehydrated, I have tachycardia or worse. I get an injection once a week, but I'm still dehydrated. I tried this for the first time today. My blood pressure is unstable, so I've been watching carefully in another review, but my dehydration headache has cleared up. The taste is wonderful. I used just over 8 ounces. Watermelon tastes like a farmer's delight. BP was unstable and was monitored daily due to frequent checks of other reviews and was stable and normal. There were some bumps, but that's part of my case. I don't think the ingredients really have a negative effect on dehydrated people, but if they don't, they are highly concentrated and stick to the water.
Update: After taking these, I sometimes noticed an increase in my blood pressure. This is great for POTS, but not for super pots, so it only uses half the packets.
