How do you start your life over?

Many people in their lives experience setbacks or face obstacles, and this is not surprising, this is the Sunnah of life and this is their religion. Not everything in life is beautiful or easy for a human being; Rather, there are difficulties and challenges that require the person to have strength and patience to be able to face those challenges and come out of them peacefully.  Indeed, the many challenges facing man should teach him many lessons; So that he does not sin again, or does not trust the one who previously betrayed him in their relationship. 

 How do you start your life again?

Getting up after a setback is fundamental in life, no matter how many trials and tribulations a person faces, he must overcome them and start his life again as his mother first created him, through the following:

•   Forget and turn the page of the past. A wise person who wants to start his life anew must forget the tragedies and difficult challenges he has been through, work to erase them from his memory, and resolve not to think about them again.  It spreads a positive and wonderful spirit in the soul of man, motivating him to start his life anew with strength and firm determination.

•  That a person learns from the lessons of life, and this means that every time a person begins his life and resumes it, he must learn from his mistakes and setbacks so as not to fall into them again, and this matter neglect.  Lots of people so you see them fighting constantly.

•  that a person gets acquainted with new people who are positive in his life and in his dealings; Man constantly needs to renew his energies and vitality by meeting new people in whom he discovers new abilities and energies that elevate the positive aspects away from the negative ones. 

•  A person should follow the example of successful people in life and see how they started their life anew and learn from them.
